WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?

I would recommend a tape measure, body weight scale, dumb bells (your choice of weight), yoga mat, weight bands & a small step up bench, a weight bench, small stoop etc.

DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?

No, as All of our training programs include nutritional guidance only. We recommend that our client’s consult a health professional or certified nutritional coach.
